- Payment Information: Transaction IDs and payment method type. We do not store full card numbers or UPI pins.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, device type, and IP address to improve our services.
- Communications: Messages exchanged via our in-app chat system (stored for 90 days for safety purposes).

- To match riders with available drivers on their routes.

3. 🤝 Information Sharing
We share limited information with other users only as necessary for carpooling:
- Riders see about Drivers: First name, profile photo, car details, rating, and number of trips.
- Drivers see about Riders: First name, profile photo, and pickup location after booking is confirmed.
- Real phone numbers are never shared — all calls go through our masked calling system.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third-party marketers.

- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
- We use multi-factor authentication for admin access to user data.
